Aurora Marsh as chief executive officer. Stanley Gainsforth, co-founder and original
chief software architect for the company\'s flagship product, Rekon, will retain the
role of principal advisory officer, while Marsh will take over the management of the
company.

These changes are announced in anticipation of the release of Rekon WebFlow, the
latest version of the Rekon Technologies\' lien release and assignment document
preparation software. The new Rekon product will herald breakthrough technology
solutions for the management and preparation of documents in more than 3,600
recording districts nationwide.

Aurora Marsh brings to Rekon Technologies more than 13 years of experience in the

services to sales and human resources.
